에 is attached to a time noun, is used to indicate the time when something takes place.
When, now, today, yesterday or tomorrow is not followed by the time marker, 에.

가 :몇 시에 자요?

나 :열 시에 자요.

2)

가 :언제 운동해요?

나 :아침에 운동해요.

3)

가 :오늘 운동해요?

나 :아니요, 내일 아침에 해요.
